    There has to be other foods that are APHIS certified but I have not run across one yet.

    What do you mean by "ask a question about your pet"? Do you mean about the food? If that's the case, every holistic dog food that I know of has customer service and/or nutritionists that you can talk to.

    Yes I agree that Dave was one sided in his responce which makes me leary of his intentions which also
    makes me not trust what he is saying.
     
    I looked at lots of the ones that where listed above and I'm going to try Natura or canidae.

    Not to stick up for this guy,,,but I believe Lillian from Mordanna mentioned that when she was younger in Germany ( I believe it was Germany) that she had a Great Dane that lived very very long.

    Not to stick up for this guy,,,but I believe Lillian from Mordanna mentioned that when she was younger in Germany ( I believe it was Germany) that she had a Great Dane that lived very very long. 

     
    I remember about 10 years ago we got a pamplet on Solid Gold. It said Danes in Europe live to be about 12-13, but that Danes in US typically only till about 8-9.

    I know you say i can do much better but if you can give me just one or two brands that i can look at please email then or post them to me.
    I donot like the sales tactic but I want to feed my animals a good food.

    Yeah, I do believe that every once in awhile there might be one that lives to be really old. I've just never heard of Great Danes routinely living to 18 or 20 years. I'd be really interested to see examples. If they really do live that long over there then Dane breeders in this country might want to integrate those lines or do whatever those guys are doing for that extremely long lifespan.
