I just realized i gave the price to the dry but not the canned,

the cans i bought were 98 cents each, just in case anyone is interested

I still prefer Innova over natural life, but i wont mind feeding it when i am out of Innova

That's pretty exciting.  I'm always at walmart for something and it would be nice to have a decent canned food that I can buy to mix in with the Canidae occasionally, or to fill their kongs with.  Woohoo!

Ok... so I was at Wally World today and thought I'd see if ours was carrying this and they were but only two formulas of canned and two of dry. I won't buy the dry, because of the menadione and poultry fat but the canned is OK so I bought a few lamb.  Well I mixed a  tablespoon or two into the dog's kibble tonight and I swear I've never seen them lick their bowls clean so fast unless they were getting homecooked !  They REALLY loved it.
Ok.. so, I guess that can be my 'backup' canned food when I run out of the good stuff ( Cal Natural, EaglePak & Solid Gold ) seeing as I live 30 miles from the closest place that sells ANY kind of super premium holistic foods. Now I wish they'd stock the feline formulas.  I paid $1.22/can by the way.

Well I bought some to try for my guys.  They do better on 'middle of the road' foods than foods like Innova/Evo, etc.
I got dry lamb and canned lamb/chicken.  There was quite a savings also- as much as I hate Walmart.  But worth a try.

You guys suck! My walmart still sells crap in a bag!!

We have to go way in another town to Grecos (sp?) to get the food we feed the animals (blackwood 5000 for the dogs and blackwood low fat for the cat) In my opinion, the ingredients in the cat food arent as good as I would like, but It`s better than purina and he does good on it. We just went there today and got some more food and toenail clippers and Diamond Eye for my maltese.
