I have no idea whether we are "on the same page" or not.  The quote is from Thomas Jefferson.  I am not an anarchist.

My favorite author, Robert A. Heinlein, often quoted similar things. That's why I thought your quotes were from something Heinlein had written.
 

Does T.O. make canned food?

OOOOHHH!  I am so glad you asked!!!!  [] We are indeed developing canned foods.  As a matter of fact I have just tried our first of the samples.  The first will be Pheasant, chicken liver, trout, and sweet potatoes.  Its in a wonderful aspic and smelled good enough that I almost grabbed a spoon.  But one look at Maynard's big brown eyes and I knew it was for him!
I don't think I have ever seen him dig into anything with so much relish in years (doesn't say much for my cooking does it?) 
Anyway, there are several more in the works including caribou, bison, and salmon formulas.  Keep your eyes open and the first ones will probably hit the market in about a month. Right now we're arguing with the printers because the labels did fit our quality control specs.  But what is in the cans is amazing!

I just logged onto their site and it says I have ANOTHER order that I haven't paid for that says shipped but it hasn't arrived yet - it's another 100 lbs of food!!
