How many eggs do you think I'll need to use before I get enough eggshells to make enough powder for one meal?
I just tested this. One organic eggshell gave me a little over a teaspoon of powder. Conventional eggshells seem to be thinner, so they might give you a little less. Things I've read say an eggshell has about 1,800 mg of calcium, and Sooner's link provides amounts of

hosphorous (you can search for other meats). Based on this, Glenda's 1/2 tsp. is

retty good for a 1:1 ratio. I try to vary between 1:1 and 2:1, but anywhere in there is supposedly okay. It's not really that difficult, don't let the math and calculations scare you off. [
