• Xeph Posted : 8/17/2006 1:24:55 PM Strauss is 91 pounds and get 1740mg worth of fish oil daily.  It also has DHA (350mg)  and EPA (520mg) so that's 870mg per pill.  He weighs 91 lbs.  I don't get him any more than two pills a day though.   The fish body oils are Sardine, Clupea, Anchovies, Sprat, and Salmon.   Strauss likes the pills, and tries to eat them like a treat, but the soft gelcap gives him trouble, so I just tell him "Say ahhh!" And he opens right up, I drop it to the back of his throat, close his mouth, give a rub, and repeat for the second pill.   He always gets two pieces of cheese after taking his pills.  One piece for each pill.  He loves it ^_^ 0 LIKE Like Share You have posted to a forum that requires a moderator to approve posts before they are publicly available.
