Tina, the 40-clove garlic recipe is one of my favorites (love garlic!!).  I enjoy chicken marsala when I order it at a restaurant, but we've never had it at home.  I printed that one, Deb.

My kitchen skills are severely limited, so DH does the more involved cooking.  One of his favorites is a Bobby Flay fried chicken recipe.  It's great out of the fryer, as well as cold for leftover lunch the next day.  In a pinch, he skips the soaking in buttermilk step.  The cornmeal and the ancho-honey sauce are what make it extra tasty!

Tracy:  does the blue cornmeal make the finished chicken blue ??

We eat lots of chicken   Hubby's favorite is good ole fashion Southern fried chicken with Mashed potatoes and gravy (white gravy) for those of you that are not familiar with southern gravy, lol.

My fav is Chicken Alfredo.  As much as we both like and grew up on Fried chicken....alfredo is becoming a favorite in our house :)

I just had to check with DH to be sure.   He has never used blue cornmeal -- just the regular kind -- so we don't know if the color alters the appearance.  What the cornmeal does is make a much more crunchy texture than just regular batter on fried chicken.  I don't know if the blue kind tastes different.

Also, he sometimes makes more of the honey sauce so we can dip bites into it, especially when eating the leftovers.  It's not spicy -- the ancho just mixes a mild smokiness with the honey.  Boy, I'm hungry now!!
