But exactly what Erica said -- find ANOTHER vet. No vet should be "tired" of hearing someting when what they've offered isn't working.
a couple of thots:
1. You don't mention where you are located -- but TCVM (traditional Chinese Veterinary medicine is excellent for stuff like that -- because it CAN be caused by imbalances in other parts of the body (in other words -- if the body isn't taking the moisture out of the fecal matter it's because there's something out of whack somewhere).

2. Elsewise -- get yourself to your state's best vet school -- it's usually a FAR less expensive route than "specialists" and they WILL get to the bottom of it (no pun intended).
