• Rose's Wart-anything else to do? Calling Callie! ColleenC Posted : 6/22/2009 9:22:04 AM I took Rose to the vet Friday and had the wart on her eyelid removed. The vet didn't seem to think it was very deeply rooted so removed it right there. Is there any homeopathic type remedy I can put on the area to help keep it from coming back. The vet said he doesn't think it will but there is always that chance. • calliecritturs Posted : 6/22/2009 10:07:01 AM Hmmmm, if you're wanting a homeopathic specifically -- the only thing I'd know of would be homeopathic thuja.  It's not a preventive but you can give the thuja if you see it returning (2-3 beads given probably three times a day for 3-4 days) Don't think there is anything homeopathic, nor anything simply "holistic" or natural to prevent such a thing.  But thuja is used (and homeopathy is something pretty specific, for anyone just lurking and reading this -- it's not a synonym for "natural" or "herbal" or "holistic" -- homeopathy is a very specific separate alternative modality/science) to treat warts/small growth type of things - even papillomas 0 LIKE Like Share You have posted to a forum that requires a moderator to approve posts before they are publicly available.
