Co-Co has a lump!

How is she doing now? (I totally missed your update) They took out the drains?

They did remove the drains monday and said she looked good.  Tommorrow she'll be done with the pain meds, but she'll still have antibiotics for atleast another week.  She's much happier w/out the drains in.  Mystic is getting frustrated b/c she can't play w/ her but Co-Co's is doing well in that she hasn't been really trying to play.  She does want to run some, which I can understand since she's being kept still so much.  But over all things are heading back to normal.

Good to know she doing well! Smile

That's good news; sounds like she's doing very well.

She is doing really well.  She took her last Rimadyl last night and has a weeks worth of antibiotics left and then she's all set.  But she's deffinitely feeling better, and has had just about enough of being back in her crate "relaxing"  I'm probably going to have a doggie protest happening shortly :o)  She's very headstrong and the 'back talking' has already begun :o)  that's my spunky girl.

Thanks everyone for the good vibes, I can tell they helped (atleast kept me from getting completely stressed out :o) )

Yay Co-Co, I'm very happy for both of you! What a relief after everything happened, uh?

    Smile

Yes, very relieved.  She takes her last antibiotic tonight and then she's cleared to go back to regular activity.  I'm sure she'll be glad, she doesn't hate her crate, but she'd rather be out with everyone else having fun.  Mystic will be happy too, since now she runs to Co-Co's crate and just looks at her trying to figure out why Co-Co doesn't come play with her.

Calinisima - How's Thor's toe?  Did the redness or bump go away?

    • Gold Top Dog

Well, the toe looks normal, but the lump is still there, just a little... I'll probably go today for more antibiotics. Every day the lump gets little, that's why I didn't went for more meds, but now I want him to be normal again, faster!
