Mechanical Angel
No new toys. She is up to date. She has been wormed recently yes. Brownie and Possum seem fine.
She is lethargic. And sorta droopy I guess.
There are so many things that can cause this! Bacteria, viruses, protozoa, toxins (ranging from an irritant to a poison)
Are any neighborhood dogs ill? How recently has she been wormed - in the last two weeks? What worms were targeted?
She could have picked up some Giardia (bad water) - can even be in little yard puddles. She could have eaten something - a bug or dead rodent (and whatever killed it), part of a plant (what is growing in your yard?), cocoa mulch, etc. She could have chewed on treated wood.
Kaopectate (see second link below for counter-indications) or Pepto Bismol can be used to slow down diarrhea (see first link below for dosages). Fast her for 12 hours (24 hours for bigger dogs). Give her Pedialyte to drink, but don't get anything with artifical sweetners (especially not Xylitol). Use a little chicken broth to flavor it and to encourage her to drink.
Start her back on a little cooked hamburger and rice (overcook the rice). If she were my dog, I would also start her on a course of Safe-Guard (same as Panacur) with the food just in case. Safe-Guard would take care of most worms (not flea tapeworms) and with luck Giardia. It is one of the oldest and safest wormers - belongs in any doggie first aid kit.
ETA: Chicken and rice is good, too.
The big thing is to watch for dehydration! Vomiting or diarrhea for more than 24 hours is grounds for calling the vet. Antibiotics may be needed. If so, be sure to give probiotics 2-3 hours after the antibiotic.
If the vet decides to do a Parvo test, be sure the test will detect Parvo 2c. The chances of it being Parvo in vaccinated dog are slim, but it can happen.
