Here are my girls. For reference, Maggie is about a 4 on the scale in the link I posted, Ziva is about a 4.5 to 5 on the same scale. I keep both dogs on the low end of normal because they both do agility and I want less force on their joints when jumping and sticking contacts.
Vets are always impressed with the dogs' conditions and Maggie has very little arthritis, which also amazes vets when they find out how much jumping she does.
Maggie
Border Collie/Cattle Dog mix
9 years old
Spayed female
33lbs, 19.5" at the shoulder
Currently eating Solid Gold Mmillenia with yogurt, fish oil, and Vitamin C added, 1.5 cups/day
Medium to low activity: two 30 min walks and wrestling with Z daily, hiking and agility work about once a week each.



Ziva
Corgi/Jack Russell/Border Collie mix (?)
16 months
Spayed female
25lbs, 15.5-16" at the shoulder
Currently eating Solid Gold Mmillenia with yogurt and fish oil added, 1.5 cups/day
Medium activity: two 30 min walks, wrestling with Maggie, fetch and tug daily, rigorous hiking and agility training 2x's week

(yes she's wearing a shirt - they always say black makes you look thin ;) )

not top view, but it shows her waist and proportions decently :)
