It's not homeopathic, but antihistamines can help; you should probably try Benedryl first. If you're sure it's contact allergies than bathing should help; Nova Pearls and NuSal-T are very good but any shampoo for soothing a dog's skin should work. If you think it's grass, try keeping her off the grass right after it's mowed; some here say that helps. If you live in the South, wandering jew is a common contact allergen for dogs; try removing any you have in your yard. Also, you can watch your dog when she's outside and perhaps by seeing where she goes in your yard you will find the allergen causing the problem. I know it's not the information you're looking for but at least try the bathing because it will help for contact allergies.
