Weird spots

I have a 6-month-old puppy Boston Terrier that recently developed about 10-15 freckle/mole like spots on his lower abdomen (looks like more are coming). They're dark in color but still transparent (if that makes sense). He's also developed two larger (half the size of a penny) moles (?) but darker then the other ones on the tip of his penis. Does this sound like normal pigmentation changes or something I should be concerned about?

Hi mr_vito and welcome to i-dog. I don't have an answer for you but by posting I will bump your thread up so maybe someone who has an anwer will see it. It would probably be a good idea to also start a thread under " illness, disease, or condition", as more people are likely to see it there. Good luck.

Honestly, particularly since you said it was in the prepuce area, I would have a vet look at it. "changes in skin" or "change in a wart or mole" is still a big red flag and Iwouldn't mess withit. I'd get a vet's opinion.
