Acid Reflux in Dogs?

I'm curious about whether a dog can have acid reflux?
I'm thinking my boy might have it. Sometimes he just spits up a little but not really throwing up. Has anyone ever had their dog diagnosed with acid reflux or know anyone that has? I'm going to take him in to the vet I think soon because if it is acid reflux he's got to feel like crap! But other than that problen he's healthy as can be...
