    Desperate and need help!

okay this is going to be long. I am a poodle breeder and recently I started having some puppies get sick. They were diagnosed with Parvo. So I did everything my Veterinarian told me. I believed I had rid my home of this horrible disease. But then all of a sudden my puppies began to get sick again. One litter started pottying light green yellow stool and would lay there gasping for air until they died. Their tummies were also bloated. This was a litter of seven. Four of the puppies survived and only one of the survivors got light green/yellow stool. Then one of my adult males became sick. He lost weight over night and was skin & bone. This was about the only sign he showed besides shaking and acting a little disoriented. He ate like a hog and drank a lot of water. After about a week of giving him antibiotics and worming him he died. The day before he died his stool was cold black and slightly runny. Now, the father to that male is sick. Showing the same signs, except he has yellow slime coming from his eyes and nose. I am also loosing puppies left and right. Some from different litters. I took every precaution I could. I vaccinated the mothers and I bleach everything before it touches the puppies. Some of them are acting weak and getting eye infections. Others are weak and getting cold black stool then dying. Then the other day I came home and went to take care of the puppies and one had died that was showing no previous signs. All of them eat and drink up until the moment they die. They very in ages from a few weeks to 7yrs old. Some vaccinated some not. The Veterinarians in my state have no clue what it could be. They said all they could do is run up $1000s worth of tests and they may still not know. I can only afford to have a few tests done so I need to narrow it down. I am desperate! I am so worried that I am going to loose all of my babies! I don't know if this is some kind of new disease. Does anyone have any ideas or a previous experience like this?

Which state are you in? Can you contact a university veterinary hospital in your state?
My other thought is to contact Dr. Ronald Schultz, University Wisconsin-Madison (pathbiological sciences), the phone number is in this link to the school, that may be the department too. The email though is another person in that dept (not Dr. Schultz). I do think he is your best bet though.

My thoughts are with you. I will say a prayer for your dogs.

This is a note from Dr. Schultz's seminar that I took. I am not sure of the details but if you get a hold of him he can explain:
"If a bitch is vaccinated right before whelping she will
shed the vaccine in her feces but NOT her milk. However if young pups (one to
two weeks of age) come in contact with her feces, it can be fatal (but not
    older pups). "

I don't know if this has any bearing on your situation though.
