I have noticed a lot of posts in this area about bad skin and shedding. I have been using a holistic product for a year now that works wonders for both! It is called Hokamix and it is a blend of herbs that helps skin problems and stops the year round shedding along with many other problems and as part of a healthy preventative medecine program. Dogs naturally should be shedding aprox 2x yearly. Because they do not naturally live outdoors anymore a lot of them shed all the time all year long. Hokamix stops most of this and lets them shed out 2x yearly at the normal time. It also helps BIG TIME with skin problems and skin allergies.
