Red Bump on Paw- What is it?

Hi Everyone-

I haven't been on here in soo long but I just had a question about something weird I noticed today. Maggie has a little red bump on the top of her paw between two of her nails. It's pretty bright red and she does NOT like when I try to touch it. Anyone have any advice before I call the vet? Also- if you think I need to call the vet do you think I should wait a couple of days to see if it goes away by itself or worry enough to get her to one sooner than that.

I'm probably a little biased since I'm currently treating my lab for sores/infections on her toes that sound like what you're describing. If there's just one though, it could be something completely different, such as a foreign body, a cyst, or maybe just a sore she got from playing. Sassy wasn't bothering any of the sores she had when I first noticed them, but now that they're healing, she's starting to lick them more. She was very sensitive to having them even looked at though (and still is). Has Maggie had any allergy type problems before?

You'll probably need to see the vet; these require a topical like Panalog and the vet may also want to prescribe an oral antibiotic.

Ugh... says that site isn't avaliable... Google it and see if that is what it could be...
