Chewing hair off tail

• Chewing hair off tail WolfDog Posted : 1/20/2007 2:26:51 PM Ziggy has been showing some strange behavior in the last few days. He chase his tail until he catches it, then chews the hair. It is at the tip of the tail. Should I see my vet? If not, would bitter apple stop him? And I don't think anything's changed, except maybe the weather, its cold now.
