Replacing lost fluid

• Replacing lost fluid Lynsey McGregor Posted : 12/30/2006 4:03:49 PM My 8 month old cocker spaniel pup has been having diarrheoa after xmas day, after i caught older relatives feeding him chocolates and other tit bits(some people!). I gave him chicken and rice for two meals but he only seems to be sipping his water like he always does, its just him concerned about him not getting enough fluids in to replace what he is likely to have lost. Has anybody any suggestions, apart from plain water, what would tempt him to have a good drink.  He is eating as normal now, and poop is firming up a bit.
