UPDATE: $185 later ... dweez got a steiroid shot, tested for heartworm/lyme and something that starts with an "e" ... and hopefully she'll be ok. Our guess is spider bite. Expensive expensive.
Hi guys ... I don't know if I can even describe this correctly. I just saw on Dweezil just now, these dark reddish bumps right underneat her mouth -- not on the bottom of her snout but I mean, right under her lip. They still have fur coming out of them. They look kind of like a human's moles, i guess, but there are several. They're probably 1/2 inch in diameter? They don't feel hard, I hadn't notced them before, and she doesn't seem to be itching them at all. I'm not sure if they've always been there, or if it's a new development, but does anyone have any ideas? Should I call the vet? Or could it be an allergic reaction to her chin rubbing against her food in the bowl?

Her cheek is really swollen as well. The bumps are gross ... and there are bumps around her eyes as well. Doctor told me to give her benedryl and wait about 30 minutes before taking her in. SO ... waiting.
