Shed Solution and Shed Shampoo

• fuzzy_dogs_mom Posted : 10/11/2006 9:56:27 PM Hmmm.  Funny you should bring that up. I just picked up something called "SHED X" - that's supposed to go on the food too. If Max was on canned food it would probably mix in better, but I'm just not too sure how it's going to work on kibble. Maybe I'll pick up a few cans and just mix it in with about 1/4 cup of it. • Xebby Posted : 10/11/2006 11:54:37 PM "SHED X"   I saw that also right here on dog.com when I was looking up something to help with Gizzy's sheadding.    She is smooth coated so the fur falls out with almost no warning and it's everywere.  I don't mind it that much because I'm use to it but living with my parents a few days a week I start to hear complaints from them.  They even told me if I don't keep that fur off of everything Giz might just have to stay outside.  She has always been an inside dog mostly.  I've been vacuming everyday which has been my answer to this problem but I was wondering if there was some safe alternative. 0 LIKE Like Share You have posted to a forum that requires a moderator to approve posts before they are publicly available. • fuzzy_dogs_mom Posted : 10/12/2006 12:36:53 AM Same with Max.  Most of his coat is like a lab, but the hairs around his neck are long and he has a wide patch of longer hair running down his back. In the sig picture where he's standing sideways, you can see how long that patch is.  It goes from his neck to his tail. You can scratch his side and watch hair fly all over.  I just totally filled up the vacuum cannister doing two rooms.  I'm thinking maybe I can sprinkle glitter in the little hair piles and put them on the Christmas Tree.
