Tea on Feet - how about Cold Brew Tea?

I just tried the dark, strong tea on Bogey's feet.  She didn't mind it at all.  But I used the Cold Brew tea bag. I used 1 bag in a glass of water.  It only took about 5 minutes, doesn't need to cool and I could use it right away. Also, since it was a tall glass, I just "dipped" her foot in it and then blotted her foot.  Hopefully it will work the same as hot tea and steeping without having to take the time to let it cool.  Do you all think it would work the same?  Don't know why not.

I think the cold brewed tea should work just fine too.  Based on taste, I think brewing hot might extract more of the tea, but it probably doesn't matter and it's really the tannins in the tea that do the trick, and those would be in either.

Cathy's right -- just go for it!!!  (For Billy tho the magic was in the string cheese my husband gave him for giving his paw *grin* -- Billy HATED to have his feets touched when we first got him and the sloshy feets game my husband invented with the tea/string cheese reward cured that!!! LOL)
