Tooth wear?

Laurie Taylor Posted : 7/20/2006 10:50:32 AM My dog recently adopted another dog that showed up at my house.  I've kept him for a week hoping to find his owner but yesterday noticed that he is missing most of his teeth.  The canines (fangs) are slightly worn down but still there, and most of his other teeth are completely worn down.  He does not have bad breath.  Otherwise he seems healty with a good appetite. Is this a symptom of some disease that could be passed on to my dog?
