We recently adopted a dog from the shelter on Wednesday. She was spayed on Tuesday. Today, I noticed a red hemorrhaging spot. My husband said he noticed it yesterday but it seemed smaller and more circular. I dabbed it with a dry cotton ball and no blood came off, and I dabbed it with a wet, and nothing came off, so it wasn't wet or dry blood on the outside. Is this normal? It's probably an inch and a half long.
