HI
How old is she? Does she drink a lot of water? If she is young and yes to the second question she should be ok. But It's always best to talk to you vet just to be safe. Please keep us posted.
Yes, go to the vet and honestly, don't put it off. If it's 'new' and she's drinking pretty much every time she goes out to pee and she comes straight in an drinks a ton of water it can mean a urinary tract infection.
It burns to pee when you have a UTI so some dogs just STOP drinking (because it burns!! I don't want to do THAT anymore) -- but you'll see them go out (because a UTI burn creates bladder pressure so you feel like you have to go *all* the time) and try to pee, walk a couple of feet, try again, .. and again .... and again.
Other dogs are smart enough to realize that the more they drink the less it burns so *some* dogs will drink the house down just to keep the urine dilute enough so it doesn't burn badly ....
The problem then is that it's more difficult to diagnose so don't just let a vet do a strip test and say it's "ok" (because the urine may be SO dilute that the bacteria may not show up well).
**However** there are other things that can also be wrong -- if the dog isn't concentrating its urine that can be a different type of kidney problem, or there could be crystals in the urine (which can mean kidney stones if you don't get rid of them early).
So vet please -- right away. Even if it is only a urinary tract infection it's painful and needs antibiotics.
But not it's not 'normal' for their urine to be so dilute.
