Own your own grooming business!

Here's the deal folks...

I have a space in my downtown Cincinnati facility (1000 sqft) that I am going to be putting in a groom shop (there is one already in, but only the basics...hydrolic tables, tubs, driers etc.). I want to find someone to come open the shop and run it as their own. We can either do a split or you can pay rent. With a 9 month contract I will give you 3 months free. It is going to take a few months to build the business.

This person needs to be a self starter, driven, focused, and be an awesome GROOMER. I have a 1000 sqft loft apartment available in the facility, if you will be movning from out of state. I will offer one month free and then $600 per month after that.

The shop has the potential to do very well. I would expect you can make $90,000-$100,000 by end of year two.

We have 12,000 sqft of indoor warmth they can plan in anytime....if you came to work for me that is......

Oh, wow, what a great opportunity. One I'd be looking into further if I was still single. Good luck with it Mic, not that you need it. It seems your always successful with whatever you do.
