dog odor?

I think there are a lot of factors that can play into doggie odor...the breed of dog, the food you feed, how often you bathe them, what type of outdoor activities your dog does....   
 
Can you give us all a better understanding of ths above items so we can give you some suugestions other than "give them a bath with a nice smelling shampoo more often"?

wellhmmmmmm..... he showers every 2 day a week, he uses plays outside, and he eats pedegrid dry and can food.

The food your dog eats is a big contributor to odor -- Pedigree is truly not a very good food.  The quality of the ingredients is extremely poor, and the kibble uses preservatives that are carcinogens (BHA, BHT and ethoxyquin). 
 
If you would consider bumping up the quality a bit (and a jump to something like Nutro Ultra, which is available even just at PetSmart) is a better quality and not a lot more expensive.  You feed less of those foods, so it's not as expensive as you might think and the savings later on in vet bills can be huge. 
 
If you hang around the Nutrition threads you will soon see anything you buy at the grocery store just isn't at all a decent quality ... but you don't have to pay the high prices at your vet to get a better food (in fact Science Diet is no better than what you're feeding now). 
 
And honestly jjsmom wasn't kidding around -- it may seem like a silly question, but a dog that is doing agility and flyball has different nutritional needs than a dog who spends most of his time inside and who gets leash walks and runs in a fenced yard as his exercise.  One isn't 'bad' or 'good' -- it's just 'different'. 
 
 

I agree that improving your dog's diet will most likely improve his odor. When you say you bathe your dog twice a week, is that with shampoo/soap or just water? Shampooing your dog that often wouldn't be good for his skin or coat... if that's him in your avatar, you could probably go weeks if not months without shampooing him.

yeah thats him in my avater, well i only shampoo ones a week. he takes a shower with shampoo and the other day just water, i will try a difer type of food, what do you guys think i should try?

I noticed that noone is responding to your question- probably because there is no one best food for any dog.  I can give some suggestions, though:
Canidae
Timberwolf Organics
California Natural
 
These are available at pet stores only.
 
Your local health food store probably carries Wysong foods- I highly recommend their "Synorgen" formula, Anergen is pretty good, too.
 
If you can't find these, but you have a Petco around, then these are okay choices, too:
Natural Balance Sweet potato and fish
Natural Balance Venison and brown rice
 
There are many more decent foods out there, these are just my personal favorites because they are mostly hypoallergenic, the are all gluten free, don't contain white potatoes or tapioca, and are high in meat proteins.
