Thank you all so, so much. All your support really means a lot to me.

Some of you all may have seen on facebook- but I found out that Wyatt's dad passed away at age ten. Sad, sad day.

Thanks again, everyone. Got a call from the vet today...blood work was fine with the exception of elevated basophils. Just waiting for Tuesday now...

My heart skipped a beat when I saw this post. I'm so sorry you're going thru this and I don't know a lot about mast cell tumors but I know that they are often more treatable than other cancers. I'll keep you both in my thoughts and prayers for positive news from the surgery.

Sending good vibes for Wyatt. At my training facility, we have a Lab that has had three surgeries for MCT and is still happily playing at play group, so I hope that Wyatt's surgery turns out as well as his did. All three tumors were in different spots and removed with clean margins, although one had to have three surgeries and a skin graft before he was safe. But, this was over a period of several years and he is still with us and enjoying his life. I hope that this will be Wyatt's only tumor and that he will be cancer free after the surgery. All our fingers and paws are crossed for you here!
