How is Willow's skin doing, these days?

Luckily it's not itchy or red but it's so flaky you wouldn't even believe it if I told you how it's coming off of her--like in sheets.  The vet wanted her bathed two to three times per week but I just can't do it.  So, I'm trying for once a week or at least every other week.

I'm going to also try to shampoo her twice next time too and see if that helps.  I feel she is so much cleaner with the Zoom Groom though.  That was my issue, I felt like I wasn't getting her clean.

Poor girl. I hope the sloughing skin stops, soon. That can't feel great, to her.

A thought.... for Ena, I have to exfoliate her skin a lot. I use sugar, in avocado and yogurt. Might something similar help Willow out? I've put some sugar in her shampoo, in a pinch (my avocado was bad, and her skin HAS to be scrubbed, or it gets ickity). Also, Crazy Dog makes a shampoo called Banana Nutz. It has walnut shells in it, and it's great on flaky dogs.
