Hurry help quick!

• Hurry help quick! MC Arab Posted : 4/28/2006 6:50:47 PM My dog jumped from my arms and hit his head on the concrete. These is no swelling or visible signs of injury but  he seems lethargic. He is a puppy and sleeps a lot so the tiredness isn't abnormal. Do you think he is fine what is usually the case and is there a number to call or something? • kennel_keeper Posted : 4/28/2006 7:17:28 PM Check his pupil reflex with a flash light and check the color of his gums. Also, if he'll let you press your finger on his gums to check for the CRT, lightly depress the gum for a few seconds. Release and see how long it takes to turn pink again. It should be 1 - 1 1/2 seconds. Shorter or longer times are emergency's. • loveukaykay Posted : 4/28/2006 7:53:30 PM Im sorry that happened, you must be very worried!  You saw the fall... what do you think you should do?  Do you think it was bad enough to cause injury?  I would go to the e-vet just to be sure...
