My Sweet Boy Taz

Rainbow Bridge

The Rainbow Bridge is the theme of a work of poetic prose written some time between 1980 and 1992, whose original creator is unknown. The theme is of an other-worldly place to which a pet goes upon its death, eventually to be reunited with its owner.

     Be free, Taz.

I never know what to say. . .there are no words.  I'm sorry.

Taz, don't worry about being there at the Bridge.  If you need help, find Dancer, the old Border Collie mix - she makes herself very obvious to newcomers, and will show you around and find Frisby for you if you can't locate her yourself.  The meadows and flowers and liver treats there are your reward for being such a good little dog for your mom, and someday long from now, she will meet you there.  Meantime, play with the "idog welcoming committee" and rest in peace.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Run free Taz.
