Please help welcome baby Bullet to the Rainbow Bridge

Rainbow Bridge

The Rainbow Bridge is the theme of a work of poetic prose written some time between 1980 and 1992, whose original creator is unknown. The theme is of an other-worldly place to which a pet goes upon its death, eventually to be reunited with its owner.

Please help welcome baby Bullet to the Rainbow Bridge

It seems like every time I log on to the forum I have to come here lately.

The people that owned Buddy that died of a heart problem at the age of 4 got a new German Shepherd puppy named Bullet. The owner ran over Bullet within a week after they got him. I have no pictures no nothing. Molly and I were going to go up north with Hubby where he works to see Bullet but we ended not going as I had to get Molly a vet appointment for her tummy aches so just Hubby went by himself. Both of their children were out in the yard with little Bullet when this happened to him. I know the dad felt really bad that this happened to Bullet but Why was nobody looking out (1 grownup and two kids) Oh yes a new German Shepherd pup is on the way. I sure hope someone learned something here. Poor baby Bullet. I did not know him personally but he was so young and I know that he thought he had a trusting family that would take the best care of him.

I know Bullet was not owned by a member here but I feel this little 8 month old  pup deserves to be recognized and welcomed to the Rainbow Bridge

    This is so sad.

Run free baby Bullet. May your life with God be so much better that it was here on earth.

Always so sad when it's a little one, and could easily have been prevented...you are very kind to want him to get a good welcome at the Bridge.  So, I will certainly see if I can send some vibes up and have Dancer, the grande dame, welcome him in.  He will feel safe with her;-))

It is such a sad story.  Our pups put all of their trust in us.  Run free and play at the Bridge!!
