Hi, everyone. Our little pug girl, Samantha, left us on Friday am. She was 7 and had a relapse of an auto immune disease that attacked her platlets and red blood cells. She had this once before 2 years ago and got Thur it ok. When she relapsed this time we thought she'd pull thru again. She was hospitalized on Tues last week and up until Thurs am we thought she'd get thru it. On Thurs she took an turn for the worse and by Fri am she was gone. We tried so hard to get there b 4 she died but she pasted away moments b 4 we got there, in the nurses arms, thank God. So devastated so hurt. we have 3 other dogs and she was the boss the good one, daddy's little girl and lap sitter. We are sick Cooper our Boston misses her so, she was his "girl" and he cries. I hope she didn't think we left her there to die. If I had known I would have stayed with her forever on Thurs when I visited her. I really though she'd pull thru. Her ashes are home with us. I am so grateful I took some many pictures of them all and vids. My memories of her are so vivid and clear and I hope that will always be. There are no words anymore.... We miss you sweet chickie mama, my Samantha there is a void. Thank you Callie for all your concern. Blessings to Billy
