Can I just say that Callie's

tendency to have one experience and make a complete utter judgement and expert opinion out of it irritates me?

I mean the woman has ONE Pug...that she's had what a year if that? This Pug came from a horrendous owner, questionable breeder, suffered and extremely painful skin condition...and was trucked across the country to a new home at 4 mos old...and now PUGS ARE NOISY AND CLINGY? lol

She cracks me up....the constant drama in her house must be exhausting. I know she is helpful to many here, but the overreactions and huge long posts to basically say one thing...wear on me at times.

She is flat wrong on Pug temperament as well...but what do I know? I only talked with countless good breeders and longtime owners...teehee.

LOL....you're not wrong, it is a little nuts.  There are oddballs in ANY breed and we counsel here all the time not to make snap judgements about a breed on the basis of one encounter or one example of it - she wouldn't get away with it if Tink were, say, aggressive, that would just get put down to her rough start, right?

As to the drama...I sometimes wonder how some people here have the energy to keep dogs, what with the drama the dogs apparently cause and drama elsewhere in their lives.  I'm lazy, if I didn't find dogs relatively easy to have I wouldn't have them LOL.

I thought your response to her was great, btw.
