hey guys I have been crazy busy with visitors and now something personal is going on - I will try and pop in to the 'active' threads but I'll admit that my energy to deal with idiocy is low at the moment

Thanks guys - it is an ongoing thing but sometimes it gets worse and I get very stressed about it.
