 Yeah I got a nice PM in reply *cough*...she doesn't seem to grasp the "it's your word against hers" concept.  She thinks that everything she posted should be allowed to stay because it's "the truth".

Sorry Lani I have ZERO respect for this choice .... This person was told LAST year to never contact me again unless she wanted her emails forwarded untouched. She counts on cowards to protect her.   She wins again, instead of deleting the undesired info you scrubbed the threats etc.... Hope that sits well with all of you Mods.

Her PM back to me.  I've often wondered why she posts half of what she posts as it's not relevant.  This is the same thing. She got herself involved with this crazy loon, is clearly guilty of defamation... and PM's me that... and that she's raising her 5 grand kids on her own dime.  How that is relevant to anything... i don't get.  But, who knows, maybe I'm the crazy one.

Wouldn't be the first time I was accused of it! :o)

Another moderator and I have edited every post on the weim/rr/watch out thread, because this is not an appropriate place to air private correspondence such as that.  Indeed, the other breeder has the expectation of privacy when writing to you and it IS possible that she has legal grounds to object to her emails (and her name and telephone numbers) being posted on the forum.  It also presents legal danger for the forum itself.

I must ask you to refrain from posting any further items of that nature, in particular private correspondences of that type.  They will continue to be edited if you do post such things, and having posts edited can and does lead to repercussions such as temporary or permanent revoking of forum privileges.  Please consider this a warning, in that regard.

I am beyond disapointed..... THIS person has been told repeatedly in the past to NOT call me or EMAIL me after I would not sell her a dog. Did you read the posts????  I put it in the advocacy thread as that seemed correct.... FINE .... I am ready to stop email all together.  The list is fine as long as it is happy happy joy  joy or people having a bad day needing a pick me up BUT let a person who is a serious threat to several breeds go happily along????   That is cowardly and sad.   Take out her info FINE but leave the threats and rest.... people who know her will understand.

Don't worry about it If I have to I can tap into my grandkid's college funds I guess since Dog Follks seem to be too cowardly to help. A truly Poed Bonita of Bwana

I'm sorry if you're upset, but hope you understand that this forum cannot put itself in the position of becoming a legal target.  If the company were sued because of something that was said on the forum, the forums would be removed and we'd all lose a valuable resource.  It is completely outside the remit or ability of this forum to govern what breeders do.  People are WELCOME to discuss current events, stories in the news etc, but sharing private correspondence in the way that you did is simply not appropriate here. 

Calling us cowards is plain and simply unfair.  We all do what we can and part of MY job is to ensure that this forum stays up and running so that people have a place to come and talk about their dogs.  If we got sued, the forum would be gone - I fail to see how my attempting to prevent that is cowardly.
