With the many issues that this board has, I was wondering if there is a way to send out a mass pm?
I guess that I'll just have to play with it & see what I can do!

No, mass mailing is only a function available to admins. Sorry about that!

yyep even the old place was capped at 5 at once.

A mass e-mail is considered spamming the forum members, it is a function only for admins.
I'll also mention, mass e-mailing people WILL be considered spamming if I receive complaints from members
