I edited her post offering her dog to a member. I put in the rules about personally owned animals. I also sent the below PM to them. They did a blog post on the same thing so I am headed there next.

I did edit your post in the Canine Connection area of the forum. The intent of that section is to help place dogs that are without homes, or in danger, or adoptable thru legitimate rescues/shelters/etc. It is not intended to place personally owned animals.
If you would like brainstorming type ideas, for how to responsibly place your dog...please do post a thread in Dogs Needing Homes...short of offering the dog to someone here, discussing how to place, avenues to explore, rescues to contact etc are all acceptable ways to discuss the placement of your pup.
I am sorry you can not keep your dog...and thank you for respecting the rules of the forum.
