I hope I can word this so it makes sense....
On another forum I read they have a feature 'mark forum read' (I guess here it could be section instead of forum). What it does is, say you go into the health section and then into the everything else and miscelanious (sp?) and you've read all the threads (or all that you want to), you could click the 'mark section read' button/link and it would take you back to the health page. Sections you haven't read would have a little icon next to them so that you know there is things there you haven't read. If something new is posted in a thread you have read it gets the icon as well and so does all the posts that you haven't read. This way you can quickly scan to where you left off, without checking dates/times or scanning earlier posts. If this isn't easy to understand, you can pm me and I'll give you a site that does this so you can see how it works. I think it makes things really easy.
