I've put up in a few sections (tech, welcome, introductions) answers on how to do the things tech support most frequently get emails about....so I don't have to answer individual emails about those things several times a week LOL. If someone's having a problem, point them there if it's a simple thing, like uploading a gallery photo or whatever.
