She ignores requests to clean up her own language and completely has disregarded the "family friendly" rules of the forum. I sent the following PM to her, but I'm sure she'll ignore it as she did the first one. This is okielapitmom and her thread is the one about the dog being beaten nearly to death. She lives that far out in the country but the officer lives 3 blocks away? In my part of the world, country living doesn't include blocks. Something is very hokey here.

Gina, sorry to hear about your kids...and the hubby stress.

edit your post and remove the use of the words ahole and douchebag. You ignored that request. I have now had to go in and edit yet another post because you used LMFAO. Vulgar language, whether stated or implied is not allowed on our forum. And a request from a moderator is not a suggestion, it is a request that you take care of the problem yourself so that we do not have to edit you.

We would appreciate your cooperation in adhering to the rules that make our forum "family friendly" and refrain from using questionable language.

OK, I was wrong. If this is the kind of reaction we get to asking for an edit, gosh, I sure hate to see what we get if she is given a warning. Yikes!

You went and edit it before I could the first time. LMFAO= I don't see how that is vaulgar? Now if I went and typed the meaning out then yea I can understand. It just seems silly to me that lmfao is vaulgar.*IMO* But your "boss". The next thing you know ill get onto trouble for typing is OMG. Surprise Which some members might find offensive with it dealing with "god". If it would make you feel better I will no longer post on your forums.

Actually, no. It was several hours from the time I requested that you edit, and many posts by you later, before I went in and removed the offending language.

LMFAO has been deemed by the administration to be inappropriate and not family friendly. With OMG one could assume that oh my gosh is what is meant, with LMFAO there is no other meaning. I do not make the rules, I am simply charged with enforcing them.

You are more than welcome to continue to be a part of our community. However, we do request that you abide by the terms of service regarding language.

Lovely. I just deleted her latest post since she made reference to mexicans that could be construed as a racial slur.

I'm sure I'll hear from her again soon.

She posted in a newbies thread too.......gal had gotten a female from a byb, she's in heat, peeing all the time.....and okiela was flat out rude. I may go back and edit it simply because she was so rude, but she did say she didn't mean to sound that way so I might just leave it.
