Do you remember what your edit said? Where it was?  If so, please post here, I will re-instate it and add a note to the bottom that warns not to remove Moderator warnings or your account will be suspended.  *ding* - that's the glistening smile that says, "Don't mess with me!"

I don't recall *exactly* what it said, but essentially it was a "Edited by Moderator - Board wars not allowed" red ink and then a link to our rules.... that would be close enough.

This Burl guy is getting on my nerves.

Which post did you do that to - the one in the AR report??  I just want to get it right. I assume that's it.

I have been spending too much time over on DobermanTalk tonight.  Kimbertal is the bain of all Doberman and yet we still have people buying from them, and worse, using their "here, take a female, bring her back for breeding, whelp a decent litter at your home and then you get to keep her... and if you want, start your own back yard breeding program."  I hate them.  They're responding to posts today, so while she's looking, I'm crafting questions.  Ugh.  She likes to threaten lawyers, so "crafting" is important... must not state (very blatant opinions about obviously unscrupulous practices) as facts.  Ugh.

OK, since the AR post and it's "replacement" are completely different, I assume that was the one.  I can see Burl is back online right now, so I figured now's a good time to do it - so they see we're always watching, and not taking their crap.

So I posted this to the top of the post:

*REMOVED BY MODERATOR - Board Wars are not allowed.... and removing Moderator warnings/edits is not allowed, either.*

and in the Edit Notes added: Do not remove the Moderator Warning again, or you account will be suspended.

Also, I sent Lee Charles Kelley a note that we're watching the thread and will not tolerate harassment, so if he is getting any offensive PMs, to report them.

That's sickening!!! I'm so sorry -- what an awful group of people. I'll have to look into them, I'm curious now.  Anyway, if anyone can "craft" a great question to make them uncomfortable, you can :)  You're very clever in your posting style!!

 Good idea to Lee Charles Kelly, thank you.  This Burl person is obnoxious, it seems to me they joined just to go after LCK and we cannot tolerate that, so, I'm glad you wrote to him (LCK).

 I slept in late today, and it's cool and overcast and a little drizzly outside (first time in months it feels like!) .... so, I may go work on some tracking or retreiving work, it's been too dry to do too much tracking and too hot to do too much retreiving. I had him out doing some retreiving work the other day next to the river, so he could take a dip and get a drink as necessary.  What was funny is Nik found the dummies (I use a lucky launcher that uses blank .22's to shoot the dummies and then they resemble a bird being shot and falling) and brought them both back once.  It took me a second to figure it out, Logan was taking forever and Nik was chillin' in the shade.  So, I look over and then do a triple take, there she is with both dummies. LOL Poor Booger!  I shot them into the treeline and I think he overshot it and she dove right into the cover.  Funny girl!!

 Mom and dad arrive tomorrow night, it'll be great to see them, but so sad that they won't have little Pants with them.  I kind of dread that part of it.... but, we all know how that goes. :(  We miss you  Missy!

Dobes and Rotts for the past 40 years.  Back in the day they used to whelp all the puppies on site.  I recall a while ago seeing an aerial photo that showed their dogs outside in their kennels, and there were at least 90 dogs there.  They had a serious fire several years ago and something like 40 dogs died.  I hate them - they are a commercial puppy mill in PA and they get away with it because of laws in PA, their VERY shady practices (they register litters under family/friends names) and people buy their dogs because of their marketing practices.  They import semi-impressive Euro dogs... lots of Int'l Champ (which only requires 3 countries - and some of these places are easy to get Ch)  They don't health test the dogs, and it seems to be about average that a lot are dead between 5-7 - lots of heart issues.  It's pathetic how easily people who WANT A PUPPY NOW will pay $2000 when they could pay the same from a reputable breeder and get better health guarantees and support.

He/she is at it again.  I sent another warning PM.  One more and we have to have a discussion about how long the suspension should be for...

This person is engaging me.  Knowing that Karen is out of town and Lani is at work, I am just addressing this in the least involved way that I can.

it's died down now that the ground rules are set, but I've been keeping an eye on it.

PS, I don't feel like the 16yr old needs a warning... if you're old enough to screw around on the internet, this is a pretty safe-ish place to be.

 I tested the waters at work today, I jumpd on (didn't log on yet) from work.... so, I'll wait a few days to see if anyone says anything, then I'll start checking around lunchtime at work.

 I agree, 16 is old enough.  And this is a very safe place to be (now that Ed isn't around.... LOL!!)

I'm sorry though!  The right thing must be coming up very soon..... cause, I just KNOW it's gonna happen!  Though, I wonder why anyone wants a job sometimes ((yawn)) I'm exhausted.  I forgot how much work that work is! :)
