I can ask Jennie, but it'll have to be later, I'm leaving for awhile (out of the office on appt.) I'd just say "Hey Jennie, not sure if you were aware, but those egg-things are active links?  Can you please disable that for me?"  Something along those lines.  Try to keep the peace whenever possible.... she's usually reasonable. I'd approach her w/ the benefit of the doubt (that she thought she disabled it). Heck, I thought I disabled mine ages ago... turned out it was still live!

I already sent the same generic PM to jennie that I did to the others.  we shall see what happens.  I'm off for a little while, so, enjoy the afternoon ladies!

ha ha if you go next to the address bar in IE8 the first icon (prior to refresh and stop) is for compatibility view.  I clicked that and then was able to moderate with IE8 on my laptop

so, how does one move an entire thread to a different section of the forum?  I noticed someone moved the car one already, just curious how it was done.  I poked around and didn't see what I thought would be the right mechanism.  Gracias!

to move a thread you hit the moderate then Move and select the folder you want to move to, one of the easier tasks LOL

well, sucky, because all I have on the Moderate drop-down is Edit Post, Delete, Split Posts, Unmoderate User, and Edit User. 

this must be a feature or failure of the 'compatibility mode' as I have the same as you on my laptop - PIA

 I move threads by going to the general overall thread (ie Anything, Non Dog Related, etc) and clicking the box next to what I want to move then scrolling to the bottom and hitting Move Selected Thread (under the page numbers) there it'll take you to the backend and you can chose where to put it. :)
