The stop puppy mills website has a slightly different address.

There is a video of a HS investigation of the link between Petland and puppy mills. And all the Petland employees recite a pack of lies designed to ease the concerns of the consumer. They will make statements flatly contradicted by USDA complaint reports and legal actions of the USDA against faulty breeders. As well as the video report from the Humane Society. Not that Humane Society has had the greatest press.
At one point, I was able to submit information about Shadow's purchase, the listed breeder, etc. No reports anywhere found on him. The conclusion matched my own. That a byb or hapless redneck had either an oops litter or thought he would get creative, only to find that no one wanted to buy from him a "designer" Husky/Lab. He may have given them free to the pet store who are professionals at extracting money from uneducated consumers. That is, there are some rednecks who might not buy from a parking lot but if the dog is in a store, well, that just makes it all better, then, doesn't it?
On the upside, if there is one, it's likely that Shadow did not start out in a puppy mill.
