Rottie Pup Needs Help - Amputation Surgery

    PLEASE HELP!

Willow is a 4-month-old female Rottweiler who came to us last week via a Good Samaritan’s phone call.  Willow was due to be euthanized through no fault of her own.  Her family allowed her to ride unrestrained in the car near the window.  Willow jumped from the moving car and was run over by the vehicle tires suffering an irreparable injury to her paw.  Unable to pay for the amputation surgery Willow needed, her owners opted to put her down or try to find her a new home.

We found out about her and brought her to safety.

    Now we need YOUR HELP!

On September 11th Willow will have her right-front leg removed at the shoulder.  This amputation is being done at a discounted rate by our WONDERFUL vet Elizabeth Hennessy at Carr Island Animal Hospital but we are estimating that her surgery, medical cost (she still needs to be spayed and will need a second round of shots before she can be placed) and care will total over $2,000.00 once it is all said and done.

Please donate your spare change and tell your friends!  Willow is a lovely girl and deserves a second chance at happiness.  It is not her fault that this happened to her and we won’t allow her to suffer because of irresponsible humans!

This email is from someone who is well known to me, and a wonderful trainer, rescuer, and a Rottweiler owner herself.  Please help if you can.

I'll talk to David and see what we can send.  She's young enough to retrain pretty easily.
