Has anyone been watching this one? Michael Vick being investigated for dog fighting at his home in Virginia? Of course he denies it,,, but reading a lot about this tonight, I didn't realize how big this was in the sports field, but why not,,, they have lots of money to bet. A sports person that doesn't want to be named said that he thinks that if Vick can keep out of jail by naming others...it will burst this thing wide open. I hope so! It sounds like there are a lot of big names to name too. Reading about it, they say its just a gambling thing with excitment. They said its no different than Michael Jordon betting on golf. WRONG! No one gets hurt by MJ betting on golf. No one got hurt when Pete Rose bet on baseball,,,except for Pete Rose.
I am hoping that enough of this gets brought out about it to show the world how aweful and cruel this is. I heard radio talk people today talking about it,,,and saying they didn't even know this practice takes place...and they are horrified over it. I sure wish the media would get involved and help to wipe this out, because they said it is on the upswing.
