Positive story about pit bull in news

It's sad that it's such an unusual thing, but there is finally a positive story about a pit bull in the news.  I haven't been able to see the whole story yet since I can't access video at work, but apparantly a pit bull foiled an attempted kidnapping of a man's 9 year old son.  It's nice to see them receiving some praise for once, usually its always a story about an attack or bite that makes the news.

A Fort Collins family is on edge after a man attempted to kidnap their son in broad daylight while he was playing in their back yard Monday. At about 7:15 p.m. Larimer County Sheriff's deputies responded to a duplex near the intersection of West LaPorte Avenue and Overland Trail.
According to the Sheriff's Office, two brothers, ages 5 and 9, were playing in their fenced yard when a stranger came out of the tall weeds behind their fence, grabbed the 9-year-old by his shoulders and tried to pull him over the fence.

The family dog, a pit bull named Destiny, began barking at the stranger and scared him off.
The boys' father, Wayne Myers, declined an interview Tuesday afternoon but said that his family has been working with the Sheriff's Office nonstop since the incident and hadn't gotten any sleep Monday night.
Sheriff's deputies had the canine team attempt to track the suspect, but the dogs were unsuccessful.
Spokeswoman Eloise Campanella said the Sheriff's Office conducted a canvass of the area and spoke to neighbors about the incident, but so far, none of the leads have panned out.
Both the Crime Scene Unit and the Victim Response Team were at the residence Tuesday.
The boy's father told deputies he believes he saw a man matching the description given by the boys in the area Monday evening prior to the abduction attempt.
The suspect is described as a white male in his mid-30s, balding with brown hair around his ears and a thin mustache. He was wearing a blue T-shirt and blue denim shorts.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Larimer County Sheriff's Office Dispatch Center at 498-5167.
