    LOST DOG - Central Fla

Lost Kai Ken last seen in Orlando International Airport Parking Lot, Terminal B, Level 1, Row N.  Her name is MOCHI.  She was shipped from Denver to Orlando and got out of her crate in the parking lot.  She's lost and scared in an unfamiliar place.  My FB friend Leah is asking that all central Floridians please post to their FB pages, and crosspost widely on their forums or via email networks.  Please call Brad (575-751-0207) or Osy (407-973-9077) if you see her or know anyone who can help find her.

Edited -- sorry, I had NO clue what a Kai Ken was -- it looks like a shepherd/malnois type breed - Japanese?

I will try and give them a call tomorrow.  There is a TON of traffic down there but with a ton of almost wilderness in another direction -- my trainer is down just beyond the airport and I'll email her as well but I'd like to find out a bit more -- do we know how old she is?

I spoke to Osy tonight -- this little girl is small for her breed (only about 20 pounds).  The airport has been downright ridiculous -- they THREW AWAY her crate and blanket so these folks have NOTHING that this dog has as familiar.

This was a "re-home" -- so she did NOT know the people who were here waiting for her.  I'm not sure they know exactly how she got out of the crate -- but she immediately went towards a family with children.  These stupid people KICKED AT HER all the while Osy is running full tilt (she'd been trying to find her) and yelling to please hold the dog but nope - the people drove her away with kicks.

Until late today no one had seen her -- but early this evening she WAS sighted down near the airport (but a couple of miles away) near the airport post office on Frontage road.  She's terrified -- and altho the prior owner flew out here from AZ to try to help they didn't find her then.  But at least now she's been sighted.

It's massive traffic down there  AND it's a lot of swamp land with gators -- so it's not going to be easy.

I got hold of my trainer who lives near there (in fact if this dog keeps moving forward she may wind up VERY near my trainer's home) -- so hopefully they can help.

Osy indicated that tomorrow they are going to pepper the area with fliers -- she's going to cover them so they last and she was already saavy enough to put up black and white "blown up" pictures (rather than something small and colored that would be difficult to see from a car).

She's a nice lady -- but anyone who can PLEASE spread the word even more.

There is a Facebook page but if you Google "Please help us find Mochi" it should give you the FAcebook link.
