I've got taco soup in the slowcooker. If I keep it on high it should be done by lunchtime. I kind of wanted to have it for supper though and its better if you actually slowcook it. I think its pretty healthy too, its all tomatoes, beans and 2 chicken breasts, with an envelope of taco seasoning. That's healthy right?
If I leave it for supper, I suppose I'll have a bowl of mushroom soup for lunch and a cup of yogurt...that's so much more boring.
