    At the clinic I work at, you start at one rate for the first three months, then you're evaluated and given a raise if deserved. You get another more significant raise once you're trained to do anesthesia. And then yearly raises.

    Well, that's almost identical to what I was told upon hire... although none of that caqme to be "because of the economy".  But, as I said I guess my only option at the moment is to stay and hope that when their situation (although seemly totally untrue) "gets better" I will be VALUED, with money lol.... we shall see.

    So far, it's held true at my workplace. I'm due for a raise at the end of March, so we'll see thenStick out tongue They've cut back in some areas due to the economy..this year instead of bonuses, they added money onto our work accounts.  Which was, I should mention, fine by me since I have pets who break a lotStick out tongue

    At least its something!!  Ive already thought up my idea that at our next meeting Im going to suggest we at least get a pair of scrubs or something.... I mean... SOMETHING!  Scrubs will work fine for me at this point...   geez
